This was my 1st time visiting Snatch & Glow at Beckenham for Botox treatment with Frankie .
I was welcomed warmly into a neat , tidy & very clean clinic .
Frankie was very professional , knowledgeable & spoke to me regarding my desired look & effect i was wanting around my brow area .
Something that I had not had from previous practitioners.
Educating me on how placement of botox can achieve certain looks for the brow.
Frankie was so lovely and really gentle .
Thorough explaining after care & a 2 week top up .
