At Snatch & Glow, our mission is to deliver aesthetic excellence, education, and empowerment through safe, ethical, and inclusive beauty practices. This Code of Conduct outlines the standards of behavior expected from all clients, students, staff, and affiliates—whether attending treatments, training with us, or interacting online or in clinic.

We believe in respect, professionalism, and mutual accountability across every touchpoint. 💖


1. Client & Visitor Behaviour

We kindly expect all clients and visitors to:

  • Arrive on time for appointments and courses.

  • Treat our team and other clients with courtesy and respect.

  • Refrain from using abusive, threatening, or inappropriate language or behavior—online or in person.

  • Respect the privacy and confidentiality of other clients and students within our clinic and training environments.

  • Understand that any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive conduct will not be tolerated.


2. Snatch & Glow Staff Conduct

Our team is committed to:

  • Providing honest, professional, and ethical services and advice at all times.

  • Upholding medical and aesthetic best practices, including safety, hygiene, and industry compliance.

  • Maintaining discretion and confidentiality for all clients and students.

  • Continuously upgrading their skills and certifications to meet evolving aesthetic standards.

  • Creating a safe, non-judgmental environment for all clients—regardless of background, appearance, or beliefs.


3. Student Code of Conduct (Academy)

As part of the Snatch & Glow Academy, all students are expected to:

  • Attend training sessions punctually and engage respectfully with trainers and peers.

  • Follow all safety and hygiene protocols taught during training.

  • Use equipment responsibly and report any misuse or damage immediately.

  • Refrain from recording or sharing course materials without prior written consent.

  • Maintain integrity when promoting or practicing treatments learned through our academy.


4. Digital Conduct

Across our digital platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram, email, etc.), we expect:

  • Professional and respectful communication with our team.

  • No spamming, inappropriate DMs, or trolling on our public platforms.

  • Understanding that any false claims, reviews, or defamation against our brand may result in legal recourse.


5. Confidentiality & Data Respect

All information shared between clients, students, and staff is treated as confidential. Any breach of this confidentiality—whether verbal, written, or digital—is a serious violation of this code.


6. Breach of Conduct

If any individual is found in violation of this Code of Conduct, Snatch & Glow reserves the right to:

  • Refuse treatment or terminate a client relationship.

  • Suspend or remove students from our academy without refund.

  • Block or report inappropriate behavior on digital platforms.

  • Take legal action where necessary.


7. Reporting Concerns
