Snatch & Glow Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Snatch & Glow. By using our website, services, and purchasing our products or training courses, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before engaging with our services.

1. General Information

1.1 Snatch & Glow is an aesthetics clinic and training academy based in London, specialising in advanced beauty treatments and professional training courses.
1.2 These terms and conditions apply to all interactions with Snatch & Glow, including in-person services, training courses, and online services.
1.3 Snatch & Glow reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review the terms periodically.

2. Booking and Purchase Policy

Please read before making payment or confirming your booking.

2.1 Training Courses:

  • Our classes are very small. Your place, tutor time, models, products and other resources are reserved specifically for your training experience.
  • If you miss your training date, cancel outside the permitted notice period or arrive too late to participate, a £300 charge applies to cover the lost training place and resources already allocated: £150 no-show fee plus £150 rebooking fee.
  • The full £300 must be paid before a new training date can be booked.

2.2 Liquid BBL:

  • These appointments reserve significant practitioner time, appointment space and resources.
  • Missed appointments, late cancellations or arriving too late for treatment may incur a £150 no-show fee.

2.3 Standard Treatments and Anti-Wrinkle Reviews:

  • Missed appointments, late cancellations or missed review appointments may incur a £20 no-show fee.
  • Where authorised under your booking terms, applicable no-show fees may be charged automatically.

2.4 Deposits:

  • Deposits reserve your appointment or course place and may be lost if you cancel outside the permitted notice period, do not attend or miss your allocated time slot.

2.5 In-Person Purchases:

  • Purchases made in person at Snatch & Glow do not automatically have a 14-day change-of-mind cooling-off period.
  • We do not normally offer refunds for change of mind. In some circumstances, management may offer an exchange, transfer or credit as a gesture of goodwill.
  • This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

3.1 Treatments:

  • Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance to avoid losing your deposit.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will not be refunded or transferable.

3.2 Training Courses:

  • Course bookings are non-refundable. However, we may allow you to reschedule your training to a later date at our discretion, provided at least 14 days’ notice is given.

4. Course Terms

4.1 All training courses provided by Snatch & Glow are designed for professional use only. Certification does not guarantee licensing, which is subject to local regulations.
4.2 It is your responsibility to check with your insurance provider and local authorities regarding licensing requirements before enrolling in a course.
4.3 Snatch & Glow reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course at any time. In such cases, we will provide alternative dates or a full refund of the course fee.
4.4 Students are expected to attend all sessions and arrive on time. Late arrivals may not be allowed to participate and will forfeit their fee.

5. Liability

5.1 Snatch & Glow accepts no liability for any personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during a training course or treatment session, except where negligence by Snatch & Glow is proven.
5.2 Treatments and procedures are carried out at the client’s own risk. All clients are required to sign a consent form acknowledging the potential risks and side effects associated with treatments.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 All content, materials, and training resources provided by Snatch & Glow are the intellectual property of Snatch & Glow and are protected under copyright law.
6.2 Students are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, or share course materials without prior written permission from Snatch & Glow.

7. Privacy Policy

7.1 Snatch & Glow is committed to protecting your personal data. For information on how we collect, store, and use your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
7.2 By using our website and services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

8. Promotions and Offers

8.1 Snatch & Glow may run promotions or special offers periodically. These promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be outlined at the time of the promotion.
8.2 Promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer unless explicitly stated.

9. Complaints and Feedback

9.1 We value your feedback and aim to resolve any issues promptly. If you have a complaint or concern, please contact us at customerservice@snatchandglow.co.uk.
9.2 Complaints must be submitted within 7 days of the issue.

10. Governing Law

10.1 These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
10.2 Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Service Validity, Deposits, and Refund Policy

Once a customer has purchased a product, treatment, or course, they have up to one (1) year from the date of purchase to redeem or use the service.

All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances. Deposits not used within one (1) year from the date of payment will automatically expire and cannot be transferred or credited toward another service or individual.

Please note that once a product has been opened, used, or partially used, the 14-day cooling-off period no longer applies and the item is deemed non-returnable.
