1.2 These terms and conditions apply to all interactions with Snatch & Glow, including in-person services, training courses, and online services.

2. Booking and Payment Policy
2.1 Treatments:
- Full payment or a deposit is required to confirm your booking.
- Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to another appointment with at least 48 hours' notice.
2.2 Training Courses:
- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot in a training course.
- Full payment must be made before the course start date. Failure to pay the full amount may result in the forfeiture of your booking.
2.3 We accept payments via major credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other payment methods displayed on our website.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
3.1 Treatments:
- Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance to avoid losing your deposit.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will not be refunded or transferable.
3.2 Training Courses:
- Course bookings are non-refundable. However, we may allow you to reschedule your training to a later date at our discretion, provided at least 14 days’ notice is given.
4. Course Terms
4.1 All training courses provided by Snatch & Glow are designed for professional use only. Certification does not guarantee licensing, which is subject to local regulations.
4.2 It is your responsibility to check with your insurance provider and local authorities regarding licensing requirements before enrolling in a course.
4.3 Snatch & Glow reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course at any time. In such cases, we will provide alternative dates or a full refund of the course fee.
4.4 Students are expected to attend all sessions and arrive on time. Late arrivals may not be allowed to participate and will forfeit their fee.
5. Liability
5.1 Snatch & Glow accepts no liability for any personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during a training course or treatment session, except where negligence by Snatch & Glow is proven.
5.2 Treatments and procedures are carried out at the client’s own risk. All clients are required to sign a consent form acknowledging the potential risks and side effects associated with treatments.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 All content, materials, and training resources provided by Snatch & Glow are the intellectual property of Snatch & Glow and are protected under copyright law.
6.2 Students are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, or share course materials without prior written permission from Snatch & Glow.
