Kiana started with one treatment room and a refusal to compromise on results.
In 2018, Kiana Djazeb opened a single treatment room in North London. She had trained clinically, she had an eye for aesthetics, and she was frustrated with a UK market that felt split between overpriced Harley Street clinics and undertrained backroom operators.
She built Snatch and Glow to sit in the middle. Clinical-grade work at a fair price. Real results, photographed and case-studied. No filler-and-run.
“I wanted to prove you could run a proper medical aesthetics business without losing the human bit. The clients you photograph today should still be booking with you in three years.”
The clinic filled up fast. The academy followed a year later because other practitioners kept asking her to train them. Six years on, that first Manchester graduate is now running her own clinic in Salford. Kiana still injects clients Monday to Friday.
Six years of not stopping.
One chair, one dream
Kiana opens the first Snatch and Glow clinic in North London, treating clients between shifts.
The Academy is born
Demand for training explodes. The first cohort of eight students graduates that autumn.
Manchester opens
Northern clients no longer travel south. The Manchester clinic + academy launches.
Kent + Chelmsford
Two clinics open in the same year. The waiting list hits 400 across the group.
Dubai launch
Snatch and Glow crosses continents. First UAE clinic opens in the heart of Dubai.
2,000+ trained. Still counting.
Graduates run clinics in 24+ UK cities. Two new UK locations in planning.
Five clinics. Two countries. One standard.

The people who run it.
A five-clinic operation runs on a small, tight leadership team. Here they are.

Kiana Djazeb
Started with a single treatment room in North London. Six years later, runs a five-clinic group and trains the next wave of UK aestheticians. Injects clients Monday to Friday. Teaches on Saturdays.

Katie Travers
Runs the academy operation from intake to graduation. If you have a question about your course path, Katie is the person who answers it.

Sophia Arnaouti
Runs the Cockfosters branch under the Snatch and Glow name. Same clinical protocols, same standards, same team ethos.
Meet the rest of the team
Practitioners, coordinators, assessors, and support staff across all five locations.
What the people on both sides of the treatment chair actually say.
The results speak. I have been coming back for three years and every visit still feels like a proper consultation, not a conveyor belt.
I trained with Snatch and Glow in Manchester and opened my own clinic six months later. Kiana's team still picks up my WhatsApp when I have a question.
I fly in from Abu Dhabi for treatments at the Dubai clinic. Same standard as the London flagship. That says everything.
Two ways to work with Snatch and Glow.
